Lt. Col. Stuart Jolly is a seasoned political strategist having served at multiple levels of campaigns, diplomacy, and international affairs. Stuart’s most recent high-profile positions include serving alongside Mr. Ed Rollins at the Great America PAC as its National Political Director and National Field Director for the Donald J. Trump for President Campaign. On the campaign, Stuart was responsible for national political strategy, ground operations, and hiring in all Primary & Caucus states leading up to their 22 primary victories. His experience extends to state and national education reform as well, where he served as the Executive Director of the Education Freedom Alliance for the 4 years just prior to the campaign.
From 2006-2013 Stuart helped launch a Koch Foundation project called Americans for Prosperity and served as Oklahoma’s State Director. Jolly is a graduate of The Citadel, retired Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army, and a veteran of the Gulf War where he earned a Bronze Star and two Air Medals for his service in Iraq as a Blackhawk helicopter pilot. He is also the Founder & Owner of a national advocacy organization, Command Solutions Inc. and has served on the board of directors of multiple organizations including the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) 501c4 board, Elements of Genius (EoG) in Charleston, SC, and was a Founding Board member of Oklahoma Connections Academy, among others.
